報名資格
一、年滿十六歲，對百老匯歌舞及音樂劇表演有興趣者及具備獨唱、重唱及劇場演出經驗者即可報考。
二、不限音域皆可參加甄選，惟英文程度佳者優先考慮。
三、鋼琴伴奏五名︰歡迎所有對音樂劇伴奏具熱誠者報名甄選。
四、2006年六月11日星期日上午9:00起將於實踐大學大直校區音樂系舉辦試聽甄選會。
五、評審團將選出最多60名之學員並視程度分組（進階、高級、專業），並安排
悲慘世界與火爆浪子中之角色（獨唱及重唱）。
六、試聽甄選以現場出席為優先，甄選當天如不克前來者，亦可將您個人演出CD、DVD寄至主辦單位參加甄選，主辦單位保有篩選之權利，不予退件。
七、錄取通知將於六月22日前以信件或電話告知。主辦單位保留二次招生之權利，將視第一次報考人數及音域需求而定。
◎所需費用
一、報名費新台幣500元，請利用ATM轉帳繳交。六月11日當日甄選及試聽帶報名均需事先ATM轉帳方得受理。

二、七月30日至八月4日各項費用與學生平安保險共新台幣9000元。經錄取通知後方需繳交，繳交方式另行公佈，逾時未繳交視同放棄入選資格，依現場試聽徵選或試聽帶報名評選成績高低遞補。
三、百老匯歌舞劇研習營與採集中住宿生活管理之爵士樂研習營（TISJA）不同，學員請每日自行往返營區準時上課。主辦單位可為外地及交通不便學員接洽住宿，有需要者請於錄取後儘速聯繫。
四、因故缺席曠課之學員不得要求部份或全額退費。亦不得由他人全程或中途頂替，或夾帶非正式學員參與營隊活動。
五、餐飲問題，鑑於實踐大學大直校區校內外資源充裕，由學員自理。
六、評審團將再依現場表現、天賦及個人經濟因素考量，向本屆營隊之主要贊助單位申請最少五名全額獎學金及部份半額獎學金補助名額，以達成促進協助學子圓夢之公益性意義。另主辦單位並保有增加或限制獎學金補助條件及名額之權利。
七、因個人經濟因素考量需申請全額或部份獎學金者，請於試聽甄選當日或郵寄試聽資料中，檢附正式文件證明，如就學貸款證明（需為在學學生）、公家機關核定之家境清寒證明等，並需附上完整之中英文申請信函，惟錄取資格仍依現場試聽徵選或試聽帶報名中表現優異而定。

一、報名時間︰2006年四月3日至五月31日止，逾期不再受理。請於繳交報名費後三日內來信註明使用銀行郵局代號及帳號後五碼，為求作業方便，本屆營隊無法於試聽甄選當日接受現場報名，敬請見諒！〔已繳費通知〕

Requirements for Participation
1. Anyone above the age of 16 with a professional or
amateur experience in singing, acting or dance, interested
in performing Broadway Musicals.
2. We welcome all who want to learn more about
Broadway style and accompaniment techniques.
3. Pianists: All welcomed who desire more experience
in accompaniment / coaching of musicals.
4. Live Audition by Jury: 9:00AM June 11th 2006
at The Music Department of Shih Chien University.
The 3-person jury will choose the potential students
and assign them repertoire of solos and ensembles to prepare
for TISBA.
Levels will be assigned to each student so that
they may participate in the appropriate classes for their
background and experience.
A maximum of 60 participants will be chosen for
the academy.
5. The first step is to participate in the live
audition. If the audition time listed above is not possible
for you, you can also audition by video, CD or DVD recording.
6. We reserve the right to make the final selection.
Your audition materials will not be returned, but can be collected
during the Summer Broadway Academy.
7. The Result will be announced by June 22 2006
by mail and phone.

COSTS
1. Audition Fee (Either by Live or Recorded Ausitions)

International: Due to difficulty and expense of
bank transfers, Recorded-Media Auditon Fee can be paid in
person on first day of TISBA academy if application is accepted.
2. Tuition Fee : 280US (9,000NTD) for total 6 days – Not included
in the above tuition fee are: Food & Drinks, Air tickets
and Local Transportation. However, we can assist in arranging
an airport-pick-up service or providing a map for finding
the Shih Chien University.
3. The Tuition Fee can be refunded in event of
cancellation if notified before 20th July, 2006. After this
date, the Tuition Fee cannot be refunded for any reason including
student absence during the TISBA academy. Tuition Fee cannot
be exchanged with other students.
4. MEALS: There are many choices of affordable
student restaurants next to the campus.
5. Housing: Please inform us if you want on-campus
housing, so that we can arrange for you, you might need to
pay extra for the accommodation.
6. The Summer Broadway Academy is not offering
scholarship or other financial aid for Non-Taiwanese students.
