【爵士營招生簡章 TISJA Requirements】
◎ 報名日期︰即日起至五月31日截止
◎ 報名資格︰
一、年滿十六歲，居住於台灣地區與亞洲鄰近國家，對爵士樂演奏有興趣者即可報考，英文程度佳者優先考慮。
二、本屆招考樂器項目︰
鋼琴 Piano
木管（薩克斯風、豎笛、長笛）Woodwinds (Alto, Tenor, Baritone Saxophone、Clarinet、Flute)
小號 Trumpet
貝斯（原音與電音） Double Bass & Electric Bass
吉他 Guitar
爵士鼓 Drums
拉丁打擊樂器 Latin Percussions (Congas, Timbales...& etc.)
男女歌唱 Voice (Male & Female)
小提琴、大提琴 Violin & Cello
其他獨奏樂器 Miscellaneous Instruments（請先來信徵詢<mailto:info@taipeijazz.com>)
註︰我們仍竭誠歡迎其他獨奏樂器的參與！您將可以在特別規劃設計的個別即興課及樂團合奏中，學習到豐富的爵士樂概念！
甄試入選後將依程度分級，以方便教學及分組。
三、2007年六月9日星期六上午9:00起將於實踐大學大直校區音樂系舉辦試聽甄選會，初步預期招收學員60~80名，依報考人數及樂器組別詳加規劃及篩選。
四、試聽甄選以現場出席為優先，不克前來者可以試聽帶（CD、DVD）代替，主辦單位保有篩選之權利，不予退件。
五、錄取通知將於六月22日前以信件或電話告知。主辦單位保留二次招生之權利，將視第一次報考人數及樂器需求而定。
◎ 所需費用︰
一、報名費新台幣500元，請利用ATM轉帳繳交。六月9日當日甄選及試聽帶報名均需事先ATM轉帳方得受理。 （銀行代碼︰812 帳戶︰2017-1000-0418-99 戶名︰台北市國際爵士樂教育推廣協會《台新國際商業銀行天母分行》）
二、七月22至28日各項費用、學生平安保險與住宿費共新台幣9500元。經錄取通知後方需繳交，繳交方式另行公佈，逾時未繳交視同放棄入選資格，依現場試聽徵選或試聽帶報名評選成績高低遞補。
三、因應爵士樂特質需求，營隊學員於七天六夜活動期間，必須一律集中住宿於實踐大學學生宿舍，並集體行動至營區外活動，以確保學員安全。因此本營隊將不接受外宿及參加部份課程之申請，請遵守營隊生活公約，適應團體生活，勿有個人不當行為。
四、因故缺席曠課之學員不得要求部份或全額退費。亦不得由他人全程或中途頂替，或夾帶非正式學員參與營隊活動。
五、餐飲問題，鑑於實踐大學大直校區校內外資源充裕，由學員自理。
六、評審團將再依現場表現、天賦及個人經濟因素考量，向本屆營隊之主要贊助單位申請最少五名全額獎學金及部份半額獎學金補助名額，以達成促進協助學子圓夢之公益性意義。另主辦單位並保有增加或限制獎學金補助條件及名額之權利。
七、因個人經濟因素考量需申請全額或部份獎學金者，請於試聽甄選當日或郵寄試聽資料中，檢附正式文件證明，如就學貸款證明（需為在學學生）、公家機關核定之家境清寒證明等，並需附上完整之中英文申請信函，惟錄取資格仍依現場試聽徵選或試聽帶報名中表現優異而定。

一、報名時間︰2007年四月2日至五月31日止，逾期不再受理。請於繳交報名費後三日內來信註明使用銀行郵局代號及帳號後五碼，為求作業方便，本屆營隊無法於試聽甄選當日接受現場報名，敬請見諒！〔已繳費通知〕

三、採試聽帶郵寄報名者，請備妥試聽帶（CD、DVD）及完整需求內容，並附上姓名、性別、出生年月日、報考樂器、其他擅長樂器、樂齡、居住地址、職業、就讀學校科系或就職服務單位、日夜連絡電話、電子郵件信箱、希望參加甄選時段（早中晚）、繳交報名費之銀行郵局代號及帳號後五碼等，郵寄到「104台北市中山區大直街70號 實踐大學音樂系收」，請註明「報名第四屆台北國際爵士樂夏令研習營」。

4. All applicants should audition live or submit and application with a recommendation letter from your (jazz) teacher.

5. COSTS
Tuition Fee : 300US for total 7 days 6 nights– Insurance and Accommodation included
Not included in the above tuition fee are: Food & Drinks, Air tickets and Local Transportation. However, we can assist in arranging an airport-pick-up service or providing a map for finding the Shih Chien University.
The Summer Jazz Academy is not offering scholarship or other financial aid for Non-Taiwanese students.
