仲夏爵士悠遊音樂會系列五場

六月 21 日（六）	北投溫泉博物館（臺北市北投區中山路二號）	歌手吳青與聰義爵士四重奏歌手：吳青鋼琴：許聰義貝斯：林后進爵士鼓：林文昱	青聰爵士四重奏，因為熱愛爵士樂，並且希望能演奏精緻動人的音樂。擁有溫暖歌聲的吳青，伴隨著聰義帶有繽紛色彩的琴聲，加上后進熱情狂放的低音提琴，以及文昱輕巧明快的節奏，帶給聽眾截然不同的爵士音樂饗宴。
		鮪魚爵士四重奏鋼琴：陳凌鶴貝斯：林后進吉他：鍾承洋爵士鼓：林冠良	Tunafish Jazz Quartet ，是由綽號鮪魚的鋼琴手 Gary 領軍的爵士樂演奏團體。源起於 Gary 與貝斯手后進一起練習鋼琴與貝斯的二重奏，在 2007 年鼓手冠良加入後，加入的豐富節奏使這個三重奏成為持續鑽研爵士音樂的固定團體 Tunafish Jazz Trio 。此次更邀約擅長融合爵士樂風、帶有濃厚搖滾氣息的爵士吉他手小洋加入，展現四人節奏豐富而狂野的爵士靈魂。
六月28日（六）	當代藝術館（台北市大同區 103 長安西路 39 號）	呂仲理爵士三重奏鋼琴：呂仲理貝斯：林后進爵士鼓：林冠良	爵士鋼琴三重奏在爵士樂是其中一個重要的編制， Bill Evans 、 Keith Jarrett 、 Chick Corea 等爵士樂大師，為這樣的編制譜出無數精采的音符。三位新銳爵士樂手，在受到諸多經典三重奏錄音的啟發下，將由仲理精湛的鋼琴技巧、冠良充滿年輕氣息的節奏，以及后進沈穩的低音提琴所形成的爵士鐵三角，試圖擷取前輩們的菁華，佐以自己的語彙，演繹多首爵士樂名曲，希望帶給觀眾台灣爵士鋼琴三重奏的新氣息。
		LOMO 爵士五重奏薩克斯風：劉騰文長笛：張瑛蘭鋼琴：呂仲理貝斯：陳禹勳爵士鼓：莊雅竹	LOMO 爵士五重奏是一群熱愛爵士音樂的好友們，不甘於日子被千篇一律的生活所埋葬，於是相約號召組成，期盼能在音符裡，為自己與聽眾，找到生命的出口，請用力聆聽我們努力奏出的每個音！ LOMO 是一款價值低廉卻能拍出好質感相片的相機，正如我們的五重奏一般，想呈現給大眾的是—高貴而不貴，聽似難懂實則平易近人的爵士樂，在每個看似平凡的日子裡，與聽眾一起為生活乾杯！
七月 05 日（六）	自來水園區（臺北市思源街一號）	Random Taxi— 台灣大學愛樂爵士樂團吉他：胡煦杰鋼琴：呂仲理貝斯：林家慶《特別邀演》爵士鼓：林文昱	四名台大爵士愛樂社的「骨灰級」社員，在聆賞、交流爵士音樂之餘，忍不住地嘗試親身演奏，深入體驗爵士音樂的美好。在多年的相識及學習練習下，出產了這輛充滿爵士韻味的 Random Taxi 。此台「的士」曾飆至台大鹿鳴廣場、南海藝廊等地，呼嘯而過的聲音是他們對咆勃、酷派、拉丁，甚至現代爵士音樂的吸收結果。開往更刺激、更饒富趣味的音樂道路，將是這台的士的終極目的。
		Gin Guitar Trio 吉他：林華勁貝斯：林后進爵士鼓：林文昱	三重奏在爵士樂的編制中，總是特別受到注目。如何在簡約的編制下使節奏、旋律、和聲取得平衡，即是三重奏的魅力所在。華勁（ Gin ）、后進（ Jeremy ）、文昱（ Vincent ），將以聲響溫暖的吉他、低沉嗓音的貝斯、節奏豐富的鼓，呈現三重奏的巧思，與即興交織的爵士樂音。
七月 12 日（六）	中山堂（台北市中正區延平南路 98 號）	Wish Project ‘08 薩克斯風：謝明諺吉他：林華勁貝斯：林品辰爵士鼓：陳國華	Joshua Redman ，80年代末「爵士幼獅」的一員，Pat Metheny，現代爵士吉他的代名詞，Charlie Haden，自由爵士的先鋒部隊，Billy Higgins，藍調廠牌60年代當家鼓手，四位爵士大師的音樂碰撞成果即是Wish這張專輯。謝明諺、林華勁、林品辰與陳國華四位年輕樂手，在這張專輯受到了什麼樣的啟發？又將因此而表現什麼樣的音樂內容？ Wish Project 將與樂迷一同分享，四位年輕樂手自這張專輯感受到的爵士音趣。
		Brussel Van Taipeh 薩克斯風：謝明諺薩克斯風：蘇聖育小提琴：黃偉駿吉他：葉賀璞貝斯：池田欣彌《特別邀演》爵士鼓：唐嘉鴻	台灣到比利時，九千五百公里。五個年輕的音樂家 — 聖育、明諺（ Sax ）、偉駿（ Violin ）、 Hope （ Guitar ）、嘉鴻（ Drums ），飛越這遙遠的距離，來到有「歐洲首都」之稱的布魯塞爾，只為了學習他們所共同熱愛的爵士樂。現在，他們更一起登上舞台，加上優秀的日籍貝斯手 Kinya 助陣，以豐富的六重奏編制，向聽眾分享他們在音樂上的見證與感動。
七月 19 日（六）	臺北市立美術館（臺北市中山北路三段 181 號）	Hope & Gin ' s Guitar Duo featuring 偉駿吉他：林華勁吉他：葉賀璞小提琴：黃偉駿	葉賀璞（ Hope ）與林華勁（ Gin ）相識於清華大學吉他社，迄今已逾七年的交情，不論是朋友的情誼或是音樂上的默契都是十足的深厚。 2006 年暑假兩位吉他手正式以 Hope & Gin Guitar Duo 為團名於台北藍調咖啡、南海藝廊、新竹鐵道藝術村等地演出，風格游走於搖擺、放克、香頌、 R & B 、拉丁、吉普賽爵士，呈現兩把吉他所能展現的音樂可能性及深度。而小提琴手偉駿的加入，將呈現什麼樣的音樂風格？或是帶來什麼樣的音樂衝擊？請拭目以待！
		爵士情人夢—歌手孫雅文與 OFF 三重奏歌手：孫雅文吉他：林華勁貝斯：林后進爵士鼓：廖柏鈞	OFF ，緣起於三位年輕的爵士樂手於台北國際爵士音樂營的相遇，對爵士音樂的熱愛、勇於嘗試不同樂風的冒險精神及演奏出最精緻的音樂，是他們共有的特色。自 2006 年成軍以來，在各爵士 Live house 中積極演出精采的爵士音樂， 2007 年鼓手樹葉遠赴比利時布魯塞爾求學，吉他手華勁與原音貝斯手后進仍持續於台灣參與爵士音樂演出。此次 2008 年重新聚首，將與歌手孫雅文，帶來更豐富而精采的曲目，將令樂迷有耳目一新的感受。

Taipei Jazz Summer Stage: Midsummer Jazz Promenade

6/21 （ Sat ） 6:30 PM	Peitou Hot Spring Museum （ No.2, Jhongshan Rd., Beitou District, Taipei City ）	Vocalist Wu Ching and Ching-Tsung Quartet	Female vocalist Wu Ching, pianist Tsung-yi, bassist Jeremy and drummer Wen-yu will play the tunes with their respective mature technique and music thoughts and bring a fantastic jazz music party to the audiences.
		Tunafish Jazz Quartet	Tunafish Jazz Quartet is a jazz group led by pianist Gary “The Tunafish”. After the duo playing with the bassist Jeremy, they decide to further stretch their music idea into a trio form by adding the young and talented female drummer Doris. Now, with the featuring of rock-ish guitarist Chen-young, the new Tunafish Jazz Quartet want to demonstrate the groovy part of their jazz soul.
6/28 （ Sat ） 6:30 PM	Museum of Contemporary Art Taipei （ No.39, Chang-an W. Rd., Datong District, Taipei City ）	Chung-Li Jazz Trio	Piano trio is an important kind of ensemble in jazz music. Masters like Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett and Chick Corea show us how to make a piano trio sound beautiful. Chung-li Jazz Trio, a piano trio with members comprising Chung-li, Jeremy and Doris, tries to learn from these masters and further uses their own vocabulary to play the jazz standards with creative ideas.
		LOMO Jazz Quintet	LOMO Jazz Quintet is a group of jazz-lovers gathering together to play the tunes they love. Just like the name of the band LOMO, an inexpensive camera with high quality, they present the easy-listening standards in an elegant way, and they want to share the joy of playing music with the audiences.
7/5 （ Sat ） 6:30 PM	Water Park （ No.1, Sihyuan St., Jhongjheng District, Taipei City ）	Random Taxi	Four veteran members of the jazz music-lovers club in National Taiwan University consider that they're not satisfied with listening jazz music only, but also want to play their favorite tunes with their own hands to experience the spirit of jazz. Now, their product, the fast and furious “Random Taxi” is built. This taxi had arrived various places to demonstrate their ability of playing various styles of bebop, cool, Latin and modern jazz. The music path with more and more new elements and stimulus is their final destination.
		Gin Guitar Trio	The spirit of a trio, for jazz musicians, is to make a balance among rhythm, melody and harmony. Guitarist Gin, bassist Jeremy and drummer Vincent knit their music ideas together and demonstrate the beauty of the trio music.
7/12 （ Sat ） 6:30 PM	Square of Zhong Shan Hall （ No.98, Yanping S. Rd., Jhongjheng District, Taipei City ）	Wish Project ‘08	Joshua Redman, one of the “ Young lions ” in late 80 ' s. Pat Metheny, the character of modern jazz guitarist. Charlie Haden, the pioneer of free jazz. Billy Higgins, an important drummer in Bluenote records during 60 ' s. These great musicians together make the album “ Wish ” . What kind of impact does this album bring to four young generations, Terry, Gin, Pony and Kuo-hwa? In the “ Wish ” project, these young fellows will show you the amazing side of this album.
		Brussel Van Taipeh	Sam, Terry, Wei-jiun, Hope and Eric, these young musicians fly across 9500 km from Taiwan to Brussel in Belguim to learn the jazz music they deeply love. After adding Japanese bassist Kinya, they want to share their music experiences with the audiences.
7/19 （ Sat ） 6:30 PM	Taipei Fine Art Museum （ No.181, Sec. 3, Jhongshan N. Rd., Jhongshan District, Taipei City ）	Hope & Gin ' s Guitar Duo featuring Wei-jiun	Guitarist Hope and guitarist Gin know each other in the guitar club in Tsing-hwa university 7 years ago. They decide to form a duo group called “ Hope & Gin Guitar Duo ” in 2006 summer and perform in various places ‘ til now. They absorb music styles ranging from swing jazz, gypsy jazz, latin, funk, chanson, even R & B music. What music impact will occur after the joining of violinist Wei-jiun? Let ' s wait and listen!
		Jazz for lovers - Vocalist Ya-wen & OFF Trio	The meeting of three young jazz musicians in TISJA gives the birth of “ OFF ”. They love to play jazz, love to search for adventurous music and love to share delicate music with the audiences. In 2007, drummer Su-yeh went abroad to study jazz while guitarist Gin and bassist Jeremy keep performing in Taiwan. This summer, their reunion featuring the female vocalist Ya-wen will share more interesting repertoires with jazz fans.
